Our Statrack Seocho branch is a new goshiwon with external windows in each room and newly installed private bathrooms & showers in every room. ★ What is the price? ★ - There are 10 rooms on the 2nd floor, 9 on the 3rd, and 6 on the 4th. Prices vary by 50,000 to 100,000 won depending on room type and layout. - Suite Room: 720,000 ~ 830,000 won (9.9m2 ~ ) - Deluxe Room: 580,000 ~ 680,000 won (7.2m2 ~ 8.2m2) - Standard Room: 520,000 ~ 550,000 won (6.5m2 ~ 7.2m2) ※ Note: Average goshiwon size is 3.5m2~4.5m2 Even our smallest Standard Room is the size of a typical apartment room. There are no additional management fees for electricity, water, city gas, internet, or Wi-Fi beyond the monthly rent. (Save on living costs!) ★ Are there any vacant rooms? ★ - Vacancies are rare. This is due to having the largest rooms, excellent facilities, and comfortable amenities in Seocho-dong, making it an overwhelmingly superior one-room apartment. It's incomparable to other goshiwons. ★ Is there a bathroom, shower, and external window? ★ - Statrack rooms include a private bathroom & shower, as well as an external window. They also come fully furnished, including a bed, desk, chair, large hanger, storage, personal air conditioner, drum washing machine, two-door refrigerator (with freezer), and microwave. ★ How do I do laundry? ★ - All rooms, except for room 309, have a private drum washing machine. ★ Is soundproofing good? ★ - You won't have to worry about everyday noise at all. - However, please do not intentionally shout :) ★ Is smoking allowed? ★ - With the latest fire suppression systems installed, indoor smoking will immediately trigger the fire alarm. - If a fire alarm sounds, 119 may be dispatched, so absolutely no indoor smoking is allowed. This must be strictly observed. - There will be no compromises if indoor smoking (including e-cigarettes and liquid vapes) is detected. Immediate eviction and civil liability will be pursued.
