Our staffs are at the office 24 hours and you will get a swift response to any complaints you may have anytime of the day. Next, we take utmost care to make sure common areas and rooms don't smell bad and have no bugs. No matter how cheap a place's rent is, most would refuse to stay in a smelly and bug infested place. We fully agree with this sentiment and did and still is doing everything in our power to make our place as hygienic as possible. Our facilities like the kitchen and the laundry room are well managed and filled with top notch gears. Lastly, all of these are provided at a reasonable price. Of course, we still maintain the shared beneficial trait of all Gosiwon as well which are no hefty deposit, long term rental agreement, curfew or strict rules.
