It is a 12-minute walk from Suyu Station on Line 4. There is a local bus stop right in front, making transfers to Suyu Station convenient. Our accommodation is a semi-basement space, 7 steps down. Additional guests added after booking will incur a fee of 25,000 KRW per person per night. Children aged 24 months and older are counted towards the total guest count. Visitors and overnight stays other than the booked guests are strictly prohibited. * Trash bags Please purchase trash bags from a GS25 convenience store and dispose of sorted trash on the left side of the building. Our property is entirely non-smoking (including e-cigarettes). Please smoke outside the building. If you smoke, you will be charged a 400,000 KRW special cleaning fee and a 200,000 KRW cancellation fee for the next guest's inability to stay. Thank you for not smoking. Do not throw food waste or other foreign objects into the toilet or sink. It will clog the drain. If the drain gets clogged, repair/service fees may be charged. Cooking smelly meat or fish inside the accommodation is not allowed. Please refrain from doing so, as lingering odors may inconvenience the next guests. Hair dyeing and tattooing are strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. If bedding or towels are stained, fees will be charged. Our accommodation is located in a residential building. Please keep quiet after 9:00 PM.
