Local Stay Yeongjong is a villa-style accommodation located in the old town of Yeongjong Island, on the 4th floor without an elevator. It offers a quiet, cozy atmosphere where you can enjoy stargazing on the rooftop. Within a 4-minute walk you’ll find local cafés and restaurants, and in 10 minutes you can reach Joeunjeon Kalguksu 🍜. The property provides free Wi-Fi, Netflix, and parking 🅿️, as well as pickup service for Inspire concert and event guests 🎤. This is a short-term rental space designed for both comfort and convenience. 1. Check-in & Check-out Check-in: After 3:00 PM Check-out: Before 11:00 AM ※ Please respect these times. Early/late changes must be arranged in advance. 2. Number of Guests Standard occupancy: 3 adults Maximum occupancy: 4 guests (₩20,000 per week for an extra guest) 3. Pets Only small/medium dogs under 15kg are allowed Extra fee: ₩15,000 per night (per dog) Owners must clean up thoroughly after their pets. Additional cleaning/repair costs may apply for poor maintenance. Complaints about noise or hygiene may result in immediate check-out. 4. Bedding & Cleanliness Bedding is provided for 3 guests. Please return bedding to its original state upon check-out. Stains caused by food, drinks, or unhygienic accidents may incur laundry or replacement charges. A HEPA-filter UV bedding cleaner and a robot vacuum are provided for hygiene. 5. Household Supplies Basic bathroom and kitchen items are available. Guests must bring personal items such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, towels, detergent, etc. (As this is not a registered hotel, these items cannot be provided.) 6. Cleaning & Waste Disposal No cleaning fee is charged, so please tidy up before check-out. Separate waste into general / recycling / food and dispose of them in designated areas. If cleaning service is requested, a ₩50,000 fee will apply. 7. Noise & Security As this is a residential space, please refrain from loud noise, parties, or shouting at night. CCTV is in operation at the entrance (for headcount and security purposes only). 8. Rooftop Space You may enjoy the rooftop table with fresh air, sky, and sea views.
