Value Place Sinseoldong, a premium single-person living space, is now open. Unlike in the past, goshiwon (mini-studio apartment) living spaces are now much larger, with facilities comparable to officetels. Many new premium goshiwons are being built, allowing more people to live in a more comfortable environment.
