General, trunk, express, wide-area, and airport buses operate nearby, allowing quick travel anywhere in Seoul. It is also an optimal location for students, being close to major academies such as Megastudy, Hackers, and Jongno Academy. In addition, it is a convenient location with various cafes and convenience facilities (convenience stores, supermarkets, etc.) and transportation nearby. * Building and Structure Be the Stay uses the 3rd and 4th floors of a 7-story building, and an elevator is installed for easy movement. Room structure It consists of studio-type and not-small mini-room types. All rooms have Beds, desks, chairs, storage cabinets, wardrobes, Wi-Fi, and wired LAN are standard. Each room has a private refrigerator, and the privacy of residents is ensured as they are quiet and considerate. * Cleaning and Management System Every morning, a dedicated cleaning staff manages the cleaning of common areas and waste separation, maintaining a clean and pleasant environment at all times. Phone calls are answered at all times, and we help resolve resident inconveniences immediately. * Common Facilities and Living Convenience The shared kitchen has induction cooktop, microwave, electric rice cooker, water purifier, and cooking utensils.
