This is not a lodging establishment, so during your short-term rental period, you are responsible for cleaning, laundry, washing dishes, separating recyclables, and disposing of trash. ✔ Usage Hours Check-in: 3 PM / Check-out: 11 AM Early check-in/late check-out may be possible after discussion if there are no prior/subsequent reservations or if cleaning finishes early. ✔ Door Lock Touch the keypad, then enter the 4-digit entrance password followed by "*" to open. (0000*) - The password will be announced 1 hour before check-in on the day of arrival. You may change the password after check-in, but you MUST change it back to the original password provided after your stay. If the next user cannot enter due to an unnotified password change upon your departure, you will be fully charged for door lock repair. Please be advised. ✔ Detailed Options 1. Wi-Fi – Password is written on the router. ✔ Laundry 24-hour self-service laundromat, Jemulpo Branch (Seokjeong-ro 208, Unit 103) - 4-minute walk ✔ Cleaning / Recycling As this is not a lodging establishment, we do not provide cleaning services, amenity replacement, or room service. ※ Due to public health management laws, bathroom amenities cannot be provided for short-term rentals (shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, towels, toothbrushes, soap, toothpaste, body wash, etc.). General/recyclable/food waste must be separated and disposed of in the dedicated recycling area on the 1st floor of the building. Go to the 1st floor, and you will see the recycling area near the left pillar (food waste bin). (Located in a corner of the 1st floor parking lot) ✔ Cleaning Kit One general (20L) and one food waste bag (10L) will be provided. After that, the tenant must purchase their own. ✔ Precautions During Use 1. The tenant is responsible for any contamination, damage, breakage, or loss of facilities during their stay and may be charged for damages. 2. If the toilet or drain is clogged due to wet wipes, repair costs will be charged. 3. Please turn off all heating/cooling systems when going out. Do not use heating/cooling with windows open. Excessive utility costs will be charged. ✔ Compliance with Special Terms (Short-Term Rental Special Terms) 1. Pet breeding and smoking are prohibited. 2. The tenant agrees not to register the business address or a residential transfer. 3. The tenant agrees to maintain the initial condition of the space and not to dump or abandon any items. Violation of the above special terms may result in contract termination without refund of usage fees, and the security deposit will not be returned. Furthermore, if damages occur due to a violation of these special terms, compensation will be charged to the tenant.
