Yeoksam Station is located between Gangnam Station and Samseong Station, situated to the southeast of Exit 1. The location and surrounding area speak for themselves as a convenient and quiet residential neighborhood, so I'll save the praise. ^^#### Except for the washing machine and refrigerator, our accommodation is designed in the Korean style so that all the floors can be vacuumed and wet-mopped, and most materials are eco-friendly. This comes from the stubborn philosophy shared by my sister and me, who build Hanoks (traditional Korean houses). When replacing a 10-year-old sink and 10-year-old bed, seeing the accumulated old dust, hair, and debris underneath made us decide: never make furniture that hides the floor, make furniture that always allows for vacuuming and wet-mopping—even if it costs a bit more—and create a home that brings nature indoors using eco-friendly, organic products. Our contracted cleaning company crawls under the beds to sweep and wipe down after every check-out. This doubles our cleaning and maintenance costs, but we consider it a worthwhile price to pay to live in nature's embrace, and we will always strive to create a comfortable space for our guests.
