This is a women-only share house located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a 2-minute walk from the main gate of Chung-Ang University and about 7 minutes from Heukseok Station. With only 3–4 residents, the house offers a private and comfortable living environment. The bathroom, kitchen, and washing machine are shared among residents. The host was born and raised in Heukseok-dong and personally manages the property. In addition, the host’s parents live just one minute away, allowing for immediate assistance in case of any urgent situation. We strive to provide a safe, clean, and welcoming home for all guests. 😊 House Rules * Visitors are strictly prohibited. Only registered residents are allowed to enter the property. * Please avoid making loud noises in your room, including speaking loudly or watching lectures/videos through speakers. Earphones or headphones are recommended. * Please keep shared areas clean and tidy at all times. * Separate and dispose of trash properly according to the recycling guidelines. * Be considerate of other residents and help maintain a quiet and comfortable living environment for everyone. The house is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk of major amenities, including Olive Young, Starbucks, McDonald’s, Subway, and Gong Cha. In addition, Chung-Ang University Hospital is only a 3-minute walk away. The neighborhood is safe and lively, with many Chung-Ang University students living in the area. Whether you are a student, exchange student, or long-term visitor, you’ll find everything you need within walking distance. 😊
