Pets are not allowed. If evidence of smoking or pets is found, a special cleaning fee may be charged. This is a residential building with multiple households. Please be mindful of noise, especially late at night, and avoid disturbing neighbors. Before check-out, please dispose of trash and sort recyclables yourself. Please turn off lights, air conditioning, heating, and boiler when going out for extended periods. Additional utility fees may be charged for excessive electricity or gas consumption. In case of damage, loss, or severe staining of items, replacement or repair costs may be charged based on the price of new items.
