CONSENT TO THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Homes in Korea — Third-Party Disclosure Consent

Pursuant to Article 17 of the Personal Information Protection Act ("PIPA"), the Company provides the following separate notice and consent form for the disclosure of personal information to third parties.

1. Overview

To fulfill a confirmed reservation, the Company discloses the Guest's personal information to the corresponding Host as follows.

Time of DisclosureUpon reservation confirmation (successful initial payment and Host approval)
Retention/Use Period3 years after termination of the contract (per the retention period for consumer-complaint records under the e-Commerce Consumer Protection Act)

3. Host Obligations

Pursuant to Article 11 of host-en.md, Hosts must handle Guest information as follows:

  1. Use the information solely for reservation fulfillment;
  2. Refrain from using it for marketing, further disclosure to third parties, or any other purpose;
  3. Destroy the information without delay after the purpose has been achieved;
  4. In case of violation, the Company may restrict or terminate the Host account and seek damages.

By checking the corresponding consent box on the reservation screen and proceeding with the reservation, the user is deemed to have consented to this disclosure.
