These optional consent items are not mandatory for the use of the Service. Members may use the platform even if they do not agree. Members may withdraw their consent at any time.

1. Consent to Receive Marketing Information (Optional)

1.1 The Company may provide marketing information to Members for the following purposes:

1.1.1 Information regarding newly listed accommodations and recruitment of new Hosts; 1.1.2 Promotions and discount events; 1.1.3 Recommended accommodations and personalized offers; 1.1.4 Information about affiliated services.

1.2 Methods of Communication

Marketing information may be delivered through:

1.2.1 Email; 1.2.2 Text message (SMS); 1.2.3 KakaoTalk or other messenger services; 1.2.4 Mobile app push notifications.

1.3 Withdrawal of Consent

1.3.1 Members may withdraw their consent at any time through the My Page settings or by contacting customer support. 1.3.2 Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the Member's ability to use the platform.

2. Consent to Use Reviews and Content (Optional)

2.1 The Company may use the following content posted or uploaded by Members for service operation and promotional purposes:

2.1.1 Reviews; 2.1.2 Ratings; 2.1.3 Photographs; 2.1.4 Accommodation descriptions; 2.1.5 Comments.

2.2 Scope of Use

Content may be used for:

2.2.1 Posting within the platform; 2.2.2 Promotion through social media (SNS); 2.2.3 Advertising and marketing materials; 2.2.4 Press releases and partnership marketing.

2.3 Protection of Personal Information

2.3.1 The Company shall not disclose a Member's personal information to external parties without separate consent.

2.4 Withdrawal

2.4.1 Members may withdraw their consent by deleting the relevant content or submitting a separate request to the Company.

3. Consent to Use Location-Based Services (Optional)

3.1 The Company may use location information to provide the following services:

3.1.1 Recommendations of nearby accommodations; 3.1.2 Map-based search services; 3.1.3 Region-based personalized recommendations.

3.2 Members may refuse to provide location information; however, certain features may be limited as a result.

4. Consent to Participate in Promotional Programs (Host Optional)

4.1 Hosts may voluntarily participate in promotional or priority exposure programs operated by the platform. 4.2 Participation may be subject to applicable discount conditions, exposure conditions, or other operational requirements.
