For international students and tenants
- Find and book a furnished room in Korea online, before you arrive.
- No deposit taken by the platform as a rule.
- Rent is paid in advance in 30-day installments by card.
- Booking, payment and messages with your host stay in English on one platform.
For hosts in Korea
- List a studio, officetel, apartment or share house for short- and mid-term stays (30 days or more).
- The platform handles English translation, contracts and payouts.
- Approve or decline each request; payouts follow the 30-day installment schedule.

외국인 유학생·세입자에게
- 입국 전에 한국의 방을 온라인으로 찾고 계약합니다.
- 플랫폼은 원칙적으로 보증금을 받지 않습니다.
- 월세는 30일 단위 회차로 카드 선납합니다.
- 계약·결제·호스트와의 대화를 한 곳에서 영어로 진행합니다.
호스트(임대인)에게
- 원룸·오피스텔·아파트·쉐어하우스를 단기·중기(30일 이상)로 외국인 세입자에게 임대합니다.
- 영문 번역, 계약, 정산은 플랫폼이 맡습니다.
- 요청마다 승인·거절을 직접 정하고, 정산은 30일 회차 일정에 따라 받습니다.
